Carrollton Police charge a 21-year old Carrollton man with a number of crimes this week, following an investigation into the accusation he had made sexual contact with a child under the age of ten.
Farlin Ruiz was charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, along with other charges.
CPD Captain Shannon Cantrell says investigators learned of the claims after the victimÂ’s mother called 911.
Ruiz remains behind bars in Carroll County Friday morning. A bond for release had not been set.
