Our prayers are with a #CarrollCountyGA woman pulled from a house fire Tuesday morning. She is currently at Grady Hospital in serious condition.
#CarrollCountyGA officials say 61-year old Lynn Ashley was pulled out of the home at 895 Bowdon Junction Road this morning by her son-in-law –who lives next door– and a passer by.
An 18-year old male relative was also reportedly in the burning home. He was able to escape the fire without injury.
Ashley’s niece — also a next door neighbor– suffered a cut to her arm “during the ordeal” and according to county officials is also being treated at Grady.
The cause of fire remains under investigation.
