During the night of 09-18-22, a suspect spray painted several Villa Rica businesses with a 5 point star with a circle around it. The locations damaged were Tanner Urgent Care on Quartz Dr., Dollar General on Devonian Dr, H&R Block on S. Carroll Rd, 3-D Lighting on S. Carroll Rd, and Servpro on Berry Dr. At Servpro the suspect spray painted several vehicles.
During the afternoon of 09-19-22 Villa Rica officers located the suspect and identified him as Tyler James Perdue, 30 years old, from Douglasville. Perdue was arrested and has been charged with 4 counts of Criminal Trespass and 1 count of Criminal Damage. Additional charges are possible as more location with paint damage are possible.
