CARROLLTON, GA – Two Carrollton High School seniors earned scholarships for their winning essay submissions in the 21st Annual West Georgia Cardiology Healthy Heart Essay contest. The first place winner, Haley Duncan, earned a $500 scholarship. Kyleigh Smith took third place and earned a $200 scholarship. The Rouse Foundation administers the contest on West Georgia Cardiology’s behalf.
