Carroll County Investigators say they have one suspect in custody and are looking for several other individuals allegedly involved in a shooting at a home on Twin Oak Drive early morning Sunday.
CCSO Public Information Officer, Ashley Hulsey says the young male and young female victims were sitting inside their home when they were struck. The two victims were taken to hospital in Atlanta. The female is suffering life threatening injury. Hulsey said there were children inside the home at the time of the incident. They are uninjured.
As of noon Monday, investigators had not released a possible motive in the shooting.
One suspect was taken into custody early Monday.
Deputies have yet to release the names of the victims or the suspects.
