CARROLLTON, GA – The Carrollton Board of Education, at its November meeting, recognized Carrollton High School Performing Arts for a cohesive relationship between the award-winning drama and choral programs that most recently produced a region championship in the GHSA One-Act Play competition that also captured a fifth-place state finish.
