On September 29,2021, at 10:17 p.m., the Georgia State Patrol Post 29 Paulding was requested to investigate a two vehicle crash on GA 120 at GA 113 in Haralson County.

The preliminary investigation indicates that a 2006 GMC Yukon was traveling north on GA 113 at the intersection of GA 120.  A 2003 Saturn Ion was traveling west on GA 120 at the intersection of GA 113.  The driver of the GMC Yukon failed to yield to the Saturn Ion while turning left onto GA 120 from GA 113.  The Saturn Ion struck the GMC Yukon on its right side with its front.
