CARROLLTON, GA — Carroll EMC annually selects local high school students to receive an all-expenses-paid, weeklong educational trip to Washington, D.C., as a participant in the Washington Youth Tour and this year, two Carrollton High School students were selected. Eli Jarrett and Audrey Browning will join dozens of students from other electric cooperatives in Georgia to represent the state at the annual event which brings more than 1,500 teenagers from across the country to the nation’s capital.
