After more than 40 years of leadership in the electrical industry and 10 years at the company, Southwire’s President and CEO Rich Stinson has announced his retirement. At the same time, Southwire’s President and COO, Norman Adkins, has also announced his retirement, planned for April of 2026.
Southwire is pleased to welcome Ganesh Ramaswamy as its new President and CEO. Ramaswamy, who brings with him a proven track record of driving growth and value creation across diverse industries, will join the company in December of 2025.
