CARROLLTON, GA – If you see a stream of police cars with sirens blaring, before panicking, be aware the Carrollton Police Department’s annual and much-anticipated “Shop with a Cop” continues today and Thursday. These are special days for schoolchildren who get to ride in police cars to take a trip to a local retailer to pick out a Christmas gift of their choosing.
It is also an uplifting time for our police officers to share in their joy.
The events will begin at the Bradley Street Train Depot about 8:30 in the morning. The police cars will arrive at Walmart around 9:30 and finish about 11:30.
