Authorities say a pedestrian was struck by a train near Atlantic Avenue in City of Bremen, Georgia. (Sunday 09-02-18) The individual was fatally Injured. Investigators remain at the scene at 8:30pm.
Initial report- victim was allegedly wearing ear-buds listening to audio from playback device when incident occurred.
Early into the investigation Investigators believe that the train signaled the trains presence prior to the incident.
The investigation is not affecting traffic.
WLBB Radio is with-holding further details of the incident until family members of victim are identified and notified.
