ORLANDO, FL — Head Trojan football coach Joey King will be on the sidelines in the prestigious Under Armour All-America Game, kicking off on January 3 at 4:00 pm on ESPN.
The game, established in 2008, serves as a showcase for the nation’s top rising senior high school football players, offering them a final chance to shine and earn bragging rights on national television. Beyond the on-field competition, the week-long experience immerses the next generation of athletes in professional-level training and guidance, helping them elevate their mental and physical game before taking their talents to the collegiate level.
For Coach King, this marks another milestone in his distinguished career. He previously coached in the 2018 US Army Bowl in San Antonio, Texas, alongside then-quarterback phenom Trevor Lawrence.
“It’s an honor to be selected to coach in the Under Armour All-America Game,” King said. “I’ve been fortunate to coach in some big games in my career, and this one is special in its own right. This game is about providing young athletes with an invaluable experience that will prepare them for college. I’m humbled to be around some of the best coaches and players in the Country.”
King now adds the Under Armour All-America game to his resume, joining as an assistant coach for Team Ice as they take on Team Fire.
