Local authorities on Monday continued to investigate a bomb threat being made towards a local school three days earlier.
At approximately 1:20 Friday afternoon, Temple High School students were evacuated after a bomb threat had been called into Haralson County dispatch.
The scene was eventually cleared of any legitimate issues and students returned to class for the remainder of the school day.
Deputies over the weekend said they have since learned that a threat with the exact wording had been called into Henry County, as well. Investigators suspect that threat was made by the same caller… but have not yet released a suspicion as to why the targets were chosen.
