The Carroll County NAACP proudly announce it’s 10th Annual Scholarship Luncheon, on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Antioch Baptist Church, located at 2930 Old Newnan Road in Carrollton.  The luncheon will commence at 11:00 a.m..
