The public is invited to the Carroll County Humane Society’s Canine Carnival, an entertaining event for the whole family taking place at the Carroll County Agricultural Center on Saturday, May 31st from 11am-3pm. This fun-filled spring festival will feature doggie versions of classic fair games and activities.  Dogs may enjoy running the obstacle course or creating a unique piece of pup art. Human visitors can enjoy carnival foods, view dog-related demonstrations, and shop on Vendors Row.  All proceeds benefit the CCHS.
