The consultant hired this past October by Carroll County government to do a needs-analysis of the current county administration building, is expected to present his findings to the Carroll County Board Of Commissioners on Tuesday.
Consultant Robbie Blackmon was tasked with collecting info to help formulate decisions concerning potential changes to the current facility, a move to another building, or a build-to-suit administration building.
On November 5, 2013, Carroll County voters passed a Special Purpose Local-Option Sales Tax referendum which listed constructing and equipping a county administration building and parking associated therewith, as a project the funding would be used toward.
