CARROLLTON, GA — A Carrollton High School alumnus received the Outstanding Youth Volunteer Award presented by the Daughters of the American Revolution Service for Veterans Committee. The Abraham Baldwin Chapter nominated Joseph Charles Robinson (“Charlie”) for the award because of his exceptional service to veterans. Robinson graduated in 2022 and currently serves in the Army National Guard.
