Bremen Police and the GBI are investigating the shooting death of a Bremen man that occurred late Thursday. The alleged killer is the victim’s step-father.

Bremen Police Chief Keith Pesnell tells WLBB Radio that his department responded to a 911 call around 6:15 p.m regarding an alleged shooting at 810-B Pacific Avenue. Inside the home, officers found 45-year-old Keith Holloway lying on the floor suffering from multiple gun shot wounds to his chest. He later died.
Â
The victim’s stepfather, 66-year old Tony Brown, was taken into custody without incident. Bremen police said they recovered a handgun inside the home.
“There was some sort of an argument, which may have led to the shooting,” Pesnell said.

Brown is in the Haralson County jail, facing charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.
